Suite 1000's Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) provide 24/7 inbound call support for businesses across industries like legal, retail, and field services. Pay & Benefits
- English-only: $17+/hour (based on skills & experience)
- If position includes any 3rd-shift hours: $18+/hour+
- If position includes any bilingual services (English-Spanish): $18+/hour+

Schedules Available (rotating 2-week format, working every other weekend)
Position A:
- Week 1: Monday: 5:00pm-9:30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday: 6:30pm-9:30pm (10.5-hrs. per week)
- Week 2: Monday: 5:00pm-9:30pm, Saturday: 8:00am-2:30pm, Sunday: 7:00am-1:30pm (17.5-hrs. per week)
If you have another job, we will work with your schedule to coordinate your vacation schedule.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time CSR at Suite 1000, you will:
- Answer inbound calls for multiple clients in diverse industries
- Follow client protocols, escalation rules, and call-handling scripts
- Document call details accurately in client systems
- Route calls to the appropriate contact when required
- Deliver a professional, empathetic experience for every caller
- No selling, telemarketing, collections, complaint lines, or shift bidding.
Requirements
- Background check, drug screening, and eVerify eligibility required
- At least one year of call center, receptionist, or telephone-based customer service experience
- Typing speed of minimum of 45+ WPM (will be tested)
- Strong multitasking and written communication skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Willingness to renew a COVID-19 vaccine annually unless medically exempt
Training & Work Environment
- 6–8 weeks of on-site training with experienced staff
- Eligible for remote work after training
- Comprehensive coaching, with side-by-side support
- Stable, team-first culture with long-tenured staff
- Eligible to participate in shift trading once training is complete
