Conference Room Availability & Location

  • Availability: 7am-8:30pm, 7 days a week.
  • Central Location: 4801 Chastain Ave.  Two blocks from I-77 Woodlawn exit and 10 minutes from the airport, I-85 Billy Graham exit, I-485 South Blvd./Hwy 521, and downtown via Tryon St./Hwy. 49.
  • Parking: Free parking in front of the facility with direct access to the conference room.

Large Conference Room Rentals

Round table seating is available for up to 42 guests (seven tables with six seats per table).

Small Conference Room Rentals

  • Round table seating is available for up to 18 guests (three tables with six seats per table).
  • Six-foot square tables (and table cloths) are also available to be arranged into various size conference tables or into a horse-shoe arrangement.

Standard Conference Room Amenities

  • Access: Guests have a private entry directly into the conference room.  A registration desk is available for you to use for check-ins, name tags, etc.  Restrooms are directly adjacent to the conference room.
  • Seating: Round table seating is available for up to 42 guests (seven tables with six seats per table).  Additional seating can be added if needed.  A movable wall is also available to divide the room into two separate activity areas or to create a single smaller conference room with whatever seating you require. Six-foot tables can be arranged into various size conference tables or into a horse-shoe arrangement.
  • Kitchen: There is an adjoining kitchen for catered events.  It includes a filtered water fountain and vending machines for soft drinks and snacks, microwave, tables, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee pots.
  • Catering: Unlike hotels, you are not required to use in-house catering with high markups.  You may use any vendor you prefer, get a referral from us, supply it yourself or choose not to serve food.
  • Lighting: Theater lighting is available for visual presentations.
  • Presentations: An easel for flip charts, a rolling cart for a projector or lap-top computer and extension cords are available(no charge to use electrical outlets, a ridiculous fee hotels charge).
  • Internet Access: High-speed Internet access can be provided at no additional charge.
